3D Printing & Materials
How and where are your products made?
All of our products are made to order at our Melbourne studio, primarily using 3D printing.
For us, 3D printing is more than a tool, it’s a philosophy. It allows us to be precise, waste-considerate and adaptive. Every design is the result of a deliberate process, crafted with care and shaped layer by layer into something special. With 3D printing we can focus on small-batch local manufacturing that is extremely intentional in design choices and resource use.
What are your products made out of?
Era Forma products are made from bio-based and recycled materials.
We prioritise three things when making material selections: recycled, bio-based, and locally produced. Our products are made from recycled polymers - rPLA and rPETG (both produced locally in Australia), as well as bio-based PLA (made from renewable plant sources such as corn starch and sugar cane). Each piece is printed from a single material to ease in recycling at the end of its life.

What is your packaging made out of?
All of our packaging is compostable or can be recycled.
Our products are packaged in kraft cardboard boxes and wrapped with Hex wrap for extra protection. Our shipping tape is water activated, FSC-Certified and printed with soy-based inks, allowing them to be compostable.
Orders & Shipping
What is the lead time of your products?
Each Era Forma product is made to order, crafted with care in our Melbourne studio.
Our general lead time is between 1-2 weeks of purchase. We will be in touch once your product is ready, with a tracking number for your order.
How long will my order take to ship?
Delivery times vary depending on your location within Australia. Typically, expect 2-10 days for your order to arrive from the date of shipment.

What is your return policy?
Please select your Era Forma piece carefully as returns, exchanges or refunds are only offered for items that arrive broken or damaged. For more details please refer to our refund policy.

Yes, we offer custom design services and creation of unique 3D printed objects for projects large and small.
We partner with clients across retail, residential, commercial and events to create bespoke designs. Each project begins with intention and evolves through close collaboration.
