Order Processing Time

Each Era Forma product is made to order, crafted with care in our Melbourne studio.

Our general lead time is between 1-2 weeks of purchase. Dispatch times can extend up to 10-15 business days during busy periods. We always strive to get your order ready as soon as we can.

We will be in touch once your product is ready, with a tracking number for your order.


Delivery Time

Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Australia. Standard shipping generally takes between 2-10 business days for delivery within Australia. If you require express shipping please select this option at checkout.


Tracking

When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you finalise your order.

International orders may incur import duties, taxes, or customs fees. If applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the customer. For more details on possible fees, we suggest contacting your local customs office.


Lost or stolen parcels

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact Australia Post directly to file a claim.
