Refund policy

Please select your Era Forma piece carefully as returns, exchanges or refunds can only be offered for items that arrive broken or damaged.

As our pieces are made to order, unfortunately cancellations of orders are not permitted if an order is in production or if it has already been dispatched and shipped out. Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel an order within 24 hours of your purchase. We will do what we can to try and put through a cancellation if at all possible.

If you receive a defective item, please email us immediately with a detailed description and clear photos of the defective product to info@eraforma.com.au.
